Former Executive Director of i.c.stars Milwaukee — a nationally recognized technology workforce-development program — where she helped re-skill early career professionals with high potential for tech careers.

Working with Dr. Celeste Cuffie, Blanca runs the Workforce Academy day to day: advanced talent development for AI and cyber careers, plus a STEM pipeline reaching middle- and high-school students. Her mandate is to convert a national shortage of deployment-ready talent into CCAI's proprietary pipeline and community-impact engine.
