At American Family Insurance, she reduced overdue compliance items by more than 80% and modernized policy management aligned with NYDFS, GLBA, PCI-DSS, and NIST, and applied Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to drive operational agility across risk and compliance teams. Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
