Robert manages client relationships at Cream City Cyber, leveraging deep experience with managed care organizations and state agencies from his 23-year tenure at SKYGEN USA, where he also served as Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, designing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University Wisconsin since 2019, teaching business courses including a student-favorite Training & Development class. His academic achievements include a BS in Business and an MBA from Concordia University Wisconsin.
