20 + years in cybersecurity leadership, Jen Steffen brings experience to her role as Fractional CISO at Cream City Cyber. She has built and led enterprise security, application security, and identity and access management programs across a global energy and industrial enterprise and a Fortune 500 financial services organization.
As an enterprise CISO, Jen led the cybersecurity workstream for a major corporate divestiture. She established an international security team and the capabilities required to securely support more than 100 locations worldwide through a complex business transition. She has led identity and access management and application security functions, delivering several of the organization’s largest and most complex security initiatives.
Jen holds an MBA from Marquette University and the CISSP and CISA certifications. She also speaks at industry conferences and supports the advancement of women in cybersecurity, privacy, and risk. At Cream City Cyber, Jen helps clients translate complex security and privacy challenges into practical strategies, clear priorities, and informed business decisions.
